The Adams Cemetery Association met Saturday, May 19, for their annual business meeting and general clean up of the grounds.Out of town relatives from San Angelo, Abilene, College Station,Baytown,Georgetown, Galveston, Streetman, Euless as well as those from San Saba were among the thirty attending. Six generations of early settlers W.S. and Lydia Adams are buried at the cemetery on acreage set aside from their original homestead in the Lakeview Richland Creek area.Plans are to gather again next year on the third Saturday in May.
