Dear Editor:

I would like to say "hats off to Brian Sours" and his leadership of the San Saba Bands. Under his direction, they have made great accomplishments this past year. I attended the concert on Thursday night. I was so impressed by the 5th grade band and amazed at the progress as each grade performed. Then I was absolutely astounded by the high school band. Great job guys and gals! I would encourage each of you to stay with it and almost fifty years later you can say as I do -- my fondest memories are of my time in the Golden Armadillo Band!
