The San Saba Co. Extension Education Clubs will host their annual May Event on Wednesday, May 9th at the San Saba Civic Center. Each year the E. E. Clubs offer a varied program to enlighten and entertain the audience followed by lunch served by the Extension Club Members. This year Valarie Cortinovis will be demonstrating and teaching us All About Spinning. Mike McHenry of San Saba Wine Cellars will tell us about the History and Future of Texas Wines. At 11:30 4-H members will present a Style Show wearing Western Apparel from Harry’s.Registration for the day will be from 9:30 until 10:00 am and the first speaker will begin soon after. If your schedule does not permit you to spend the whole day, you are welcome to come for the talks that most interest you. There is no admission fee but donations will be accepted to offset the expenses of the event.
