Bobby Dee Sunday

Bobby Dee Sunday, 64, of Houston passed away on April 21, 2012. He was born on January 15,1948 to Jeb and Rose Survoc Sunday in Galena Park, Texas. He later served two tours of duty in the Vietnam Conflict. Bobby loved the outdoors and enjoyed coming to San Saba. He thought that San Saba was very peaceful and looked forward to spending more time here. He loved working with his hands and his hobby was putting together model planes. He was also a very good carpenter. Bobby spent the last four years with the one he loved, Kate Eiler Sunday, and looked forward to their spending many happy years together.Survivors include his wife, Kate Sunday; two sons, Bobby Sunday of Channel View and Billy Sunday of Oklahoma; two daughters, Ava Sunday of Lufkin, and Nita Sunday of Pasadena; numerous grandchildren; and three brothers, David Sunday, Rick Sunday, and Steve Sunday.He was preceded in death by his parents.Brother Curtis Chandler officiated the graveside service at San Saba Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home was in charge of the services.
