Plans are coming together for the April Fellowship of Christian Women’s Luncheon in San Saba’s First Baptist Church fellowship hall. Ladies of this church give the ladies of our county a very special invitation to come next Thursday, April 26th at 11:30 a.m. Our luncheon will feature Spring Ladies Choice so bring a favorite to share around the serving tables. Ladies in their 80’s and 90’s will be treated. A nursery for preschoolers will be available at the same location and do remember to bring food for your children if you wish for them to eat during the luncheon. Nicole Millican Grant from Tyler, Texas has agreed to come and share the miracle story of her daughter, Elise. We have prayed for this little girl for many years and now it is praising God time for how He has blessed her, her parents, Darren and Nicole, her grandparents, Bob and Debbie Millican, and her great grandparents, Elsie Millican and Johnnie and Louise Oswald. Many family and friends have been thrilled over these 7 years as she made each step of progress. Elise is truly a “Miracle Baby” developing from birth weight just under 2 pounds, to today being a very smart little girl, reading, and right on target physically and mentally. She is even dancing and playing the piano. Many folks in Chandler, Texas helped Darren and Nicole with meals, and prayer groups supported them and they are very thankful. Please mark your calendars and plan to rejoice again and again with Nicole as she shares from her heart how beautifully the Lord guides and blesses.
