Priscilla Fae Burleson Stogsdill was born October 12, 1927 in Clyde, Texas to parents, Marvin A. and Fannie Mae Burleson who predeceased her. She peacefully passed away following a brief illness on April 10 in Austin, Texas. Priscilla was married to husband, Warren Leslie Stogsdill for 51 years until his death in 1998. She is survived by her two daughters, Charissa Giles (Grady) and Patricia Stogsdill. She is also survived by grandchildren, Tyler Grady Giles, Katy Giles Weir (Hector), and Amanda Marie Woodruff (Ben); great grandchild, Jacob B. Woodruff. Her surviving siblings are, Iris Wiedenfeld, Annell Bradford (Roy), and Clione Rochat. Priscilla is greatly loved and will be very much missed by her family and friends. She worked for 35 years as a volunteer for St. David’s Auxilary and served as President. Priscilla will be remembered as a very generous, loving, non-judgemental, beautiful, and savvy Lady! The family wishes to express great appreciation of the care she received from her physicians, Dr. Nemawarker and Dr. Adapala and the very skilled and compassionate staff at Hospice Austin Christopher House: Catherine Barry, Heather, Cheryl, B.J., Anna Marie, Molly, Melissa, Judy, Vickie, and Tessa.
