Hill Country Cattlewomen 28th Annual Style Show

The Hill Country Cattle Women, a chapter of the Texas CattleWomen, are pleased to announce their 28th Annual Spring Style Show and Luncheon which will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Inn of the Hills Resort and Conference Center, located at 1001 Junction Highway, Kerrville, Texas. Members are inviting guests to attend and enjoy the latest in spring and summer fashions presented to us by area boutiques, a great beef lunch, and lots of fun. We will have our famous “Champagne Cowboys” on duty beginning at 10:00 am, along with an outstanding Silent Auction, Raffle and Live Auction, all with tempting items.This event is our annual fundraiser for our Scholarship Fund. The proceeds will be awarded to college applicants from the 14 county area we represent. The counties included are: Bandera, Blanco, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, Northern Bexar and San Saba. Our 2011 scholarship recipients were: Brittany Estes of Mason, Aaron Perkins of Castell, Lindsey Rutherford of Brady, Jordana Miller of Llano, Allison Skeels of Boerne, John “Trey” Brooks, III of Llano, Nathan Dudley of Llano, and Madison Stewart of Mason.All applicants should have 60 college hours or more and be a junior at the time of application. The student must maintain a schedule of 12 hours minimum and a GPA of at least 2.8. Application deadline is June 1, 2012.Our theme for our Style Show is FIESTA, and we will be awarding a prize for the attendee best dressed in “Bling” with a Fiesta Flavor.
