The San Saba Tennis Team dominated District 6-AA, qualifying 12 out of the 16 spots for regional. The girls team took all 8 spots and the boys took 4 of the 8 on the boys side. Early qualified 3 boys and Comanche took 1 boy spot. Lauren Dawson won 1st place in Girls Singles by defeating teammate Joely Haverland who came in second place. In Girls Doubles coming in 1st place was Karlee Cromer and Heather Wilcox. Josie Dawson and Morgan Jimenez took 2nd place. In Mixed Doubles it was an all San Saba final again with Joannah Crosby and Marshal McIntosh took 1st place over Kristen Isham and Gunnar Hibler who came in 2nd place. In Boys Doubles, Houston Casco and Josh Raiford won 1st place. All of these players will be playing in regionals at Odessa on April 18 and 19.In the JV Division Marissa Anaya and Mikayla Eden won the girls doubles championship. In the Mason Tournament on March 29-31, Joannah Crosby and Marshal McIntosh won 3rd place. Lauren Dawson was a quarter-finals in girls singles and Houston Casco and Josh Raiford were also quarterfinalist.
