Lawson Implement in Hamilton, Texas is hosting its 72nd Annual John Deere Days event and the Drive Green Challenge event Saturday, April 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at HWY 281 S. John Deere Day features a band, lunch at noon and children’s activities. The Drive Green Challenge event will give area property owners, farmers and ranchers and other interested consumers a chance to drive and compare John Deere and competitive tractor models and see the latest John Deere attachments and other equipment. Lawson Implement’s Drive Green Challenge event is one of many to be held across the nation. Dealer representatives will be on hand to demonstrate both John Deere and competitive equipment and answer questions. Johann Jeschke, customer service representative at Lawson Implement in Hamilton says one of the most popular features of the Drive Green events is the chance for customers to drive the equipment, kick the tires and speak with knowledgeable equipment experts. “The Drive Green events give customers a one-stop opportunity to size up different utility tractors so they can find out exactly what horsepower tractor will best fit their property and the jobs they want to accomplish,” Jeschke says. “It’s a great way to understand how to choose the right size attachments and implements so that they get the most from their equipment investment.”Jeschke adds, “At the same time, we want to make our event a fun and informative experience for everyone who attends.”As an added incentive, people who attend the Drive Green event can register to win a John Deere 1023E Compact Utility Tractor with loader and box blade, which will be given away in October. Admission is free and no pre-registration is required to attend. For more information about the Drive Green Challenge event at Lawson Implement in Hamilton, TX contact Johann Jeschke at (800) 658-6807 or visit the Drive Green website at: www.JohnDeere.com/DriveGreen.
