Llano Youth Soccer to present Arrietty at the Lantex

Llano Youth Soccer to present the Japanese animated film “Arrietty” which is based on Mary Norton’s novel The Borrowers. It will be shown Friday night, March 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, March 31, at 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.The Cthelock family are four-inch- tall people who live anonymously in another family’s residence. They borrow simple items to make their home. She is discovered by Sho, a human boy with a heart condition who is living with his great aunt Sadako. When Sadako’s maid becomes suspicious of the floorboards disturbance, Arrietty and her family must escape detection even if it means leaving their house. This film was released in 2010 and became the highest grossing film at the Japanese box office in that year.
