Maldon Norris, age 81, of San Saba passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012. Maldon was born on June 26, 1930 to Elmer and Alice Norris. He was a rancher and a lifetime resident of San Saba County. Maldon was a member of San Saba’s First Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He was also a longtime member of The Property Owners Association of San Saba County and served his country in the United States Army. Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Ernestine Norris of San Saba; sons, Dwayne Norris and wife, Toni of Rochelle and Rodney Norris of San Saba; a daughter, Debra Berryhill and husband, Robert of Smithville; grandchildren, David Norris, Daniel Norris, Melissa Gibson, Raeven Alonzo, John Norris, Rob Berryhill, Matthew Berryhill, and Loren Berryhill. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren. Maldon was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Delbert Norris and Robert Norris.
