Next Thursday, February 23rd Fellowship of Christian Women will be gathering in the fellowship hall of Parkview Baptist Church for our Ladies Choice Luncheon. Beginning at 11:30 a.m. ladies at Parkview give us a special invitation and encourage us to bring a friend and a covered dish of our choice. Our ladies in their 60’s will be treated this month, and do not have to bring food. A nursery can be available by phoning Sharon Hayes in advance to make arrangements. Do remember to bring food for your children, if you wish for them to eat during the luncheon. Alvino Valdez plans to come and share his evangelistic trip to Chile, South America last November with the group called International Commission. We heard Miki Martin several months ago tell about their purpose, history and her family association with a few of her stories. Alvino has pictures to show as he relates how he shared his faith with people in a faraway country who were ready and prepared to receive the Lord. Alvino serves the Lord daily as Minister of Church Life at First Baptist Church, San Saba.
