The JV Boys had two good games this past week. This past Tuesday evening, the JV boys hosted the Early Longhorns. The Early JV gave the JV Dillos their only district loss this season back on New Years Eve, winning that game by 12. This time San Saba lead pretty much the whole way, surviving a late rally by the JV Longhorns. San Saba ended up winning that game by the score of 40-38.Scoring for the Dillos: Garrett Welch (7), Luis Vega (17), Isaac Zepeda (6), Kelton Brown (8), and Caelob Hardman (2).On Friday, January 27th, the teams all traveled to Dublin. The last time our JV teams played, San Saba won by 16. This time around it was much closer, and Dublin led for a good part of this game. The boys were able to pull out a tough win by the score of 35-29.Scoring for the Dillos: Kolton Ellis (5), Vega (10), Zepeda (4), Brown (12), and Marcus Sterling (4).This week all our basketball teams will be at home on Tuesday and on Friday. On Tuesday we host the Bangs Dragons and on Friday we will host the Hamilton Bulldogs. As always, all our teams really appreciate all the support.
