Private Pesticide Applicator Training

On Tuesday, February 29, the Lampasas County Extension Service will hold a private pesticide applicator training and testing. This training/testing will allow individuals to acquire the TDA license required to purchase and use restricted pesticides. This training will be held at the Lampasas County Annex Conference Room located at 409 S Pecan, and will begin at 8:00 a.m. with registration and include the noon meal. The training will begin at 8:15 a.m. The $75.00 registration fee also includes study materials and reference manuals. After lunch, a TDA representative will be available to administer the test. The test generally takes about one hour. Pre-registration is required at the Extension office located at 409 S Pecan in Lampasas and the training is limited to the first 20 paid participants.
