Receipts totaled 2060 head for the week. Another choice offering of calves were on hand this week with very good quality and condition. The market was very active and demand strong. Stocker and feeder steers and heifers all sold steady compared to last week’s market with some of the lighter heifers $2-$3 higher. Packer cows and bulls were also steady.
