It’s a busy time of year around here! So much is going on and students are headed in all directions with school and extracurricular events. On Monday, the junior high hosted Lometa. On Tuesday, the varsity hosted Menard. On Thursday, 1/19, students will be released at 12:30 in order to get their items and/or animals to the stock show grounds. Friday is a holiday. On Friday evening the Indians and Lady Indians will travel to Lometa. Games start at 6:30.The 4-H club is conducting a Toiletry Drive to benefit local and county organizations. Items needed are: bar soap, toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, combs, brushes, deodorant, wash cloths, small mirrors, etc. You may drop off these items at Mrs. Eoff or Miss Kuder’s classrooms. January 28th is the junior high basketball tournament. Times have changed. The tournament will begin at 9 a.m. and the final game is scheduled for 5:45. All items for the Hospitality Room need to be taken to Mrs. Morrison’s room by Friday, the 27th.February 1st is the Science Fair. It will be held at the Fire Hall. From 8:30-3:30 students will present their projects to the judges. From 4:30-6:30 is the public viewing. Parents, students and the community are encouraged to see all the hard work students have put into their projects. From 6:30-7:00 projects must be removed. I
