Natalie Reeves promoted to Texas State Director The Bair Foundation

Natalie Reeves, MS, LPC-S, LCPAA has been selected as Texas State Director for The Bair Foundation Children and Family Ministry, a non-profit, Christian organization serving over 5,000 foster youth and families in-crisis nationally. Before being promoted, Natalie was one of four Regional Directors for The Bair Foundation in the state of Texas. She managed three offices, 37 staff, 140 foster families and over 300 foster children and teens in the areas of Austin, Waco/Temple, and San Antonio. Natalie brings over 20 years of child welfare and social service experience. Prior to coming to The Bair Foundation, Natalie worked for another Private Foster Care Provider increasing her knowledge of legislative activity, contract requirements, policy and procedures, compliance, and implementation of new programs. Natalie also ran a sex offender treatment program for at-risk juvenile males, has been a Specialist for Children with Disabilities, and has worked on a PTSD research trial at Ft. Hood as a Research Assistant for the Central Texas Veterans Research Foundation.In her new role as the Texas State Director, Natalie will be responsible for overseeing the foster and foster-to-adoption programs throughout the state of Texas. She will provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the directors of each office to assure that the services provided are of high quality, in compliance, and meet the diverse needs of the children and families served through The Bair Foundation.This is an exciting time in Texas as the state is in the process of Re-Designing the foster care program. The Bair Foundation is thrilled to have someone like Natalie leading the way through this exciting process. She is dedicated to the quality, development, and future of foster care in Texas.The Bair Foundation is a national organization who has successfully cared for and treated children, teens and families for over 40 years. With 37 offices in 8 states they offer a myriad of community based services which include: Structured Intervention Treatment Foster Care, Traditional Foster Care, Adoption Services, Medically-Needy Foster Care, Independent Living Services, Parent Empowerment Program, B.E.S.T. Program, Wraparound Services, In-Home Services, Assessment Home, & Outpatient Services. The Bair Foundation is accredited by COA (Council on Accreditation) and ECFA (The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.)
