The Texas STAR Program will hold a presentation, Saturday, January, 21, 2012 at the Civic Center Conference Room to help you choose a health plan, primary care provider, change your STAR plan, get a Star ID card, learn more about Children's Medicaid Dental Services.You will need to bring with you, your Texas Benefits Medicaid Card, STAR Welcome Packet (big white envelope that has the STAR on it).The Civic Center is located at 1190 S. Thomas Dr., in Mill Pond Park, San Saba, Texas. If you are currently a part of the STAR program or think you might be eligible, please make plans to join us.
