Casey and Stephanie Hibler are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Hazel Louise Hibler. Hazel was born at home, under the watchful eyes of the Lord, midwife Betsy Robinett, and student midwife Tori Stewart, on the morning of December 15th 2011 at 3:36am.
