Casey J. Weldon, Jr., 69 of Alba, TX passed away Sunday, January 1, 2012, at his residence.Casey was born February 7, 1942, in New Orleans, Louisiana, and lived most of his life in Louisiana where he was a field engineer in the oil industry. He moved to Alba in 1995 and was a member of East Texas Woodturners Association and the Lake Fork Baptist Church. He married Mary Jo McGregor Holley, January 4, 1997.Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo Weldon of Alba; daughters and spouses, Cindy and Pete LaForet, of Metairie, LA, Angela Weldon of Corpus Christi, TX, Kaylin and Kory Foster of Caleria, AL; stepsons and spouses, Keith and Helen Holley of Boise, ID, and Brent and Anne Holley of Houston, TX; brothers and spouses, Jed and Judy Weldon of Picayune, MS, and Chuck and Pat Weldon of FL; brother-in-law and wife, Forrest and Sylvia McGregor of San Saba and 8 grandchildren.Services were Thursday, January 5, at Lake Fork Baptist Church with interment at Jennings, LA, Friday, January 6, 2012.
