Bobbie M. Churchill, 84, of San Saba, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Bobbie was born on February 10, 1927 in Bowser, TX to Benjamin and Nina Wilson. On August 31, 1948 Bobbie and Frank Churchill were united in marriage. She was a partner and book keeper for 55 years at Frank’s Watch Shop and a member of the San Saba Ladies Golf Association where she served as treasurer for many years. Bobbie was a member of the New Hope Presbyterian Church in San Saba.Bobbie is survived by her husband, Frank Churchill; son, Wayne Churchill of Llano; grandson, Carter Churchill;sister, Cleta Foos and many nieces and nephews. Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents;S brother, Sie Wilson and sister Evelyn, “Sis” Reed. Funeral services were Friday, November 11, 2011 at New Hope Presbyterian Church in San Saba, with Rev. John Davenport. Interment followed at Varga Chapel Cemetery. The family asks in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the San Saba Ladies Golf Association in her name.Services under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Chapel, 1205 S.
