The San Saba Pecan Growers will sponsor the 2011 Pecan Show on November 29th and 30th. Entries MUST be in the Courthouse on or before November 28th!! You may enter one sample per variety. A sample consists of forty pecans. If you do not know the variety we will make every effort to classify the sample.Processing will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 29th in the hall of the Courthouse. If you are able to help weigh and shell the samples, your assistance will be very much appreciated.
