The San Saba County Young Farmers will sponsor the annual San Saba Youth Rodeo on July 11th and 12th at the San Saba Rodeo arena. The rodeo will start at 7:00 p.m. nightly.

Some of the events will include: Calf Riding; Steer Riding; Bull Riding; Goat Hair Pulling; Goat Tying; Barrels; Poles; Break-Away Roping; Ribbon Roping; Tie-Down Roping; Chute Dogging; and Team Roping.

Age groups will be 10 years and under, 11-14 years, and 15 - 19 years. Boys and girls will compete separately for "Jackpot Money" each night. An "All Around Buckle" will be awarded to a boy and girl each age division.

A full concession stand will be open each night with hamburgers , fries, hot dogs, drinks, and much more. All of the proceeds From this event will benefit the youth of San Saba County.

So come on out and enjoy a burger, watch some of the rodeo stars of tomorrow, and support the San Saba County Young Farmers in raising money for the youth of San Saba County.
