The Indians came out strong against the Lohn Eagles last Friday night. Trey Shannon ran in a 12-yard run for the first touchdown of the night. The Indians followed up with an on-side recovery on their own 30 yard line. Shannon connected with Burnam Sloan for a 5 yard touchdown pass. Shannon got his second touchdown of the game on a 17 yard run. E.J. Borchers stepped in for the Indian offense and ran in the next six consecutive touchdowns for 13, 49, 16, 23, 15, and 26 yard runs respectively. Jorge Labrador had his first touchdown of the night with a 38 yard run. Borchers closed out the night with a 42 yard kick-off return for a touchdown. The Indians won the game 72-38. Burnam Sloan and E.J. Borchers led the defense and Sloan was named Player of the Week. The Brookesmith Mustangs come to town Friday. Come out and support your Indians!
