Fellowship of Christian Women to hold luncheon October 27th
Thursday, October 20, 2011 • Posted October 20, 2011

Next Thursday, October 27, ladies of First Baptist Church in San Saba will be hosting Fellowship of Christian Women’s Luncheon in the fellowship hall beginning at 11:30 a.m. The luncheon features “Fall Recipes” so we want to encourage you to look for foods sometimes served in the fall months, to prepare and share around the serving tables. Our very youngest ladies in their 20’s will be treated this month. A nursery will be available for preschoolers at this same church and do remember to bring food for your children, if you want them to eat during the luncheon time. Philip Smith from Leander, Texas has agreed to come and share his unique ministry of Scriptures and drama. He will be coming early to set up scenery, music and lighting, and put on Biblical clothing to present Paul, the missionary in a prison, writing a letter to the Church at Philippi. Philip is truly gifted as he quotes the Book of Philippians in such vivid and dramatic ways. This Scripture will come alive as he shares from his heart and unique memory. Hope you will make your plans to come next Thursday, enjoy the fellow-shipping time and then share with Philip Smith as he portrays Paul.
