7th Grade Dillos beat the Bulldogs

Great Job Dillos!!! The Dillos will play next Thursday against Lago Vista here @ 5:00. Come Out and Support These Kids!!

The 7th grade Dillos had a great game this past Thursday vs. the Hamilton Bulldogs. The game started out with a great scoring drive lead by the offensive Lineman. The great blocking came from AJ Paredez, Kutter Isham, Jesus Vega, Braiden Johnson, Alan Martinez, Zayne Rhodes and Daniel Aragon. The drive ended with a run by Chase Turner to put the first points on the board for San Saba, the 2 pt. conversion was a good run up the middle by Elisha Cisneroz. Another Dillo that scored was Bryce Lewis who scored on a great hard-hitting run. The 2pt conversion was good by Turner who scampered around the end to go in. The last score for the Dillos was on a 75-yard kick return by Turner. 2pt Conversion missed. This would be the score that would put the Dillos in the lead and Win the game. Other Offensive standouts were Colt Carlisle, Dalton Pierce and Wyatt Deans. Defensively the Dillos played a great game as well. Defensive standouts of the night were, Jose Guerrero, Kadyn Saiz, Jayden Braja and Elisha Cisneroz. The Defense had an outstanding game; a key play was stopping the 2pt conversion in the 4th quarter that would have tied the game. Final score Dillos 22, Bulldogs 20.
