Edna Bostick, 83, of San Saba, passed away, Thursday, June 26, 2008 in San Saba. She was born January 6, 1925 in San Saba, the daughter of Grant and Estelle Bostick. She was a member of the Baptist church.

Edna is survived by two sons: Jimmy Prescott of Hamilton, and Lonnie Prescott and his wife, Annette, of Houston; two daughters: Elaine Fadnek and her husband, Andy; and Wilma Volone and her husband, Frank, all of Knoxville, TN; twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one brother ,Calvin Bostick of Lampasas; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and three children: Richard Prescott, Jackie Prescott and Ann Jowers.

Funeral services were held Sunday, June 29, 2008 at the Howell-Doran Funeral Home, with Rev. George McHorse officiating. Interment followed at the San Saba City Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be made to the San Saba City Cemetery Building Fund.

Funeral services were under the direction of the Howell-Doran Funeral Home.
