On Thursday we traveled to Wall to play the Wall Hawks. The young Dillos played very well for 3 quarters. As a matter of fact, we played as well as we are capable of playing. Our offense did a good job of moving the ball but for various reasons, one time because of a penalty and another time because of a busted assignment, we could not punch it in the end zone. Our defense was able to shut down Wall’s vaunted option attack. Then at the end of the third quarter and into the fourth quarter we did not take care of our assignments and Wall was able to score three touchdowns. The final score was 18-0 in favor of Wall.Playing well for the Dillos were Kolton Haverland on offense and defense. Garrett Hartranft made some good runs for us as well as did Kelton Brown and Joel Franco.

This week we play the Hamilton Bulldogs at home. The game time will be at 7:30 because the 7th and 8th grade teams will be playing their games before us.
