The Armadillos got past the Goldthwaite Eagles last week. We really appreciate the great crowd that followed across the river. We are extremely proud of the team.

Allen Hale was named San Angelo Standard times player of the week.

This week the Armadillos take on the Wall Hawks. Thursday September 8th, the JV travels to Wall; the game time is 6:30. It has been changed from 6:00. The 7th and 8th grade Dillos will open up the season on this date with the 7th grade hosting Wall at 5:00 and the 8th grade following at 6:30.

On Friday the Varsity will host the Wall Hawks at 7:30.

On Saturday Sept. 10th we will host the San Saba Cross Country Meet.

This week’s Dillo POW is Wil Sloan, the SR defensive tackle, offensive tackle recorded 10 tackles, 1 sac, 2 hurries, a recovered fumble with a 40 yd return and 4 pancake blocks.
