Our Coyotes are off to a great 2011 start! The kids and coaches are working hard each week preparing for their next oppenent. The Coyotes home opener is this Friday night against a much improved Panther Creek Panther team. Let’s fill the stands and show our Coyotes we are behind them all the way! The Coyote Athletic Department had a very successful fundraiser this past Saturday night. The 1st annual "Hot Wing Eating" contest was held at Coyote Field. Athletes from Jr. High through High School participated in the event. Tra Williams was the Big winner out of the athletes. About 20 Coyote Fans were selected from the crowd to see who was the best "Hot Wing" eater. After the dust settled, Tina Poe won $35 dollars in "Coyote Bucks." Her "Coyote Bucks" can be spent at either the Coyote Game Day Trailer or the concession stand. Thanks to each and every "Hot Wing" sponsor and everyone that showed their support for the Coyote fundraiser! The recliner that was donated by Everett’s Furniture & Emporium in San Saba was won by Valerie Phillips at Meet the Coyotes night!
