The San Saba Ladies Golf Association met August 25, 2011 with Sandee Hartley calling for the game in the absence of the Chair for August, Anita Miles.

Since the front 9 holes were closed for seeding the ladies played the back 9 holes and then played them a second time with the game being who made the most stroke improvement.

First place went to Jo Ann Snow who improved 8 strokes, second to Jo Anne Hardy who improved 6 strokes, and third to Sandee Hartley who improved 3 strokes. Jo Anne Hardy won the Putt Pot. In the absence of the president, Anita Miles, the ladies once again established the fact that they will meet at eight o’clock. However, this is September so the president will challenge this endeavor to continue at such a ridicules hour. It will be voted on again at the business meeting.
