JOHN 1: 1 " in the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with GOD and the WORD was GOD."

In my mind there is no doubt; the above scripture is the greatest message in your Bible. Many books could be written from it and never exhaust its message. But perhaps the greatest habit any person can ever develope will be to read from their Bible every day. Even if they can truthfully say they have read every word in it, they will always find something new and beneficial every time they read it. That will become a miracle that will let them have a message to show others. We should be very considerate how we choose to show others. Before we even try; we should pray to earnestly ask for the Holy Spirit to help us do that. Many preachers would have far greater success if they would practice that in their sermons.

When preachers raise their voice too loud, wave their arms in violent motions, and repeat over and over their intended message; it actually detracts from their hopeful effort. When they do that, they are actually trying to force their message with their own strength upon their audience; and they are not wisely using the help GOD’S Holy Spirit would calmly give to help them. The greatest message in any Bible can be given in 20 minutes. But sincere Christians have told me most preachers think it has to be an hour in length to be succssful. When a good message has been preached and other thoughts are added to fill it to an hour, many times it detracts from the intended message.

I fully realize this will make me unpopular with some who read this; but GOD gave it to me this morning and I willingly write it. Remember—Jesus said, "if you follow ME the world will hate you because it first hated ME." I have found that is true and I am determined to not let it bother me.
