Thursday, August 25, 2011 • Posted August 25, 2011

The healthcare industry is rapidly expanding, and along with this expansion come several rewarding career opportunities. One healthcare-related career is in the area of direct caregiving. This career is also known as "Certified Nurses Aide" or CNA (usually applied to caregivers in a nursing home or hospital setting), "Personal Care Attendant" (a term often used for caregivers in an assisted living facility), and "Home Health Aide" (direct caregiving provided in patients’ homes).

Express Training was founded 2004 by Sherri and Tony Kalishman. Sherri and Tony have been in the health care industry for many years. They understand that many people who would love to start a career in health care choose not to take the first step for a variety of reasons, the most common being the time it takes to get trained and prepared properly. Express Training Services works with anyone who is motivated to pursue a career in health care and make a difference in people’s lives. Everyone at Express Training Services believes that there is no such thing as a "throwaway" student. They offer tutoring and additional sessions for all students free of charge.
