The Llano Girl Scouts will offer the last in the Harry Potter series, The Deathly Hallows, Part 2 at the LanTex, Friday night at 7:30 August 26, and Saturday August 27 at 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Harry Potter is a series of 7 fantasy novels written by British author J.K. Rowling. The books chronicle the adventures of the adolescent wizard Harry Potter and his friends Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, all of whom are students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Part 1 was seen previously.

The main concerns are Harry’s quest to overcome the evil dark wizard, Lord Voldemort whose aim is to conquer the wizarding world and destroy all those who stand in his way, especially Harry Potter.

The movie stars Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, Emma Watson as Hermione Granger and Ralph Fiennes as Lord Voldemort.

The final chapter begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione continue their quest of finding and destroying the Dark Lord’s 3 remaining Horcruxers, the magical items responsible for his immortality. As the mystical Deathly Hallows are uncovered and Voldemort finds out about Harry’s mission, the biggest battle begins and life as they know it will never be the same again.
