The veterans of the Wiley B. Murray Post No. 27 will meet Monday, August 22nd at the Legion Hall in San Saba for their stated meeting. The building will be opened at 5:30 p.m. for fellowship and refreshments. At 6:30 p.m. a pot lunch meal of Mexican food will be served. Members should bring their favorite Mexican food dish, salad, bread or dessert. Drinks will be provided by the post. Guests and veterans interested in joining the American Legion are invited. After the meal and a business meeting, a video program will be shown entitled, "Tribute to the Flag." It is a 2010 production of the various ways to look at our American Flag. In fact, there are seven: 1. Waving the flag. 2. Guarding the flag. 3. Photographing the flag. 4. Designing the flag. 5. Painting the flag. 6. Claiming the flag. 7. "I Love Liberty."
