David Lee Foster

David Lee Foster passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 in Richland Springs, Texas at the age of 55. He was born October 12, 1955 to David Lloyd and Margaret Elaine (Womack) Foster in Beeville, Texas.

When David was young he helped his father feed the cattle and ride horses. He attended the First Baptist Church in Johnson City during his childhood but was unable to attend later in life.

He is survived by his mother, Elaine Foster of Richland Springs; two sisters, Beverly Gunn and husband Tom of Quitman; Pam Starr and husband John of Richland Springs, Nieces, Catherine Hardy and husband Hayland of Quitman; Amanda Sekour and husband Bertrand of Austin; Major Ben Gunn and wife, Molly of Clovis, NM; Jessica and Sarah Starr of Richland Springs. Numerous great nieces and nephew.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Lloyd Foster; grandparents and many uncles and aunts.

Memorials in lieu of flowers are asked to be made to the Richland Springs Baptist Church or Friendship Baptist Church in Marble Falls.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 17, 2011, 4:00 p.m. at Richland Springs Cemetery.
