There are two young people in our church that have gotten sweet on each other and he proposed and she accepted. It is a neat thing what they are about to do, a church wedding, because so many others are doing what God does not approve of, just living together, (Exodus 20:14). It is not only the young people doing this but also older adults. Many say, "we are living together to see if it is going to work out or if we are compatible" Not only, is it the people who do not know Christ but many who profess that they know Christ or are Christians do this. It is a sad day in the United States as we see people moving farther and farther away from the things of God. Yes, there are many fine Christians and Churches that are holding to God’s standard and His way of Life. But our culture and the peer pressure of society is capturing untold numbers. Oh yes, it may be fun and many will say, " well everyone else is doing it" but there will be consequences. We can not get away from God, His eyes are everywhere and the things we do good or bad are recorded in books in heaven, (Revelation 20:12-15). The word of God promises a day of accountability, good or bad and we will be rewarded or punished accordingly, (Romans 14:12)
