Benefit Fund set up for victim of near drowning
Thursday, July 14, 2011 • Posted July 14, 2011

Friends of Josh Free and his family have set up an account for them at Arrowhead Bank in San Saba. Donations to this account will be used to help with costs associated with trips back and forth to the hospital and costs that are on-going at home while they are away.

Josh had an accident while swimming that almost resulted in the loss of his life. CPR was needed on two different occasions. By the Grace of God, he is still with us and improving daily. His family is staying in Temple at Scott and White Hospital to be with him. While this is resulting in lost wages they feel they must be there for his care and encouragement.

Josh needs your prayers that his lungs will continually improve. Your prayers are greatly appreciated. You are encouraged to add his name to any and all prayer chains.

As of press time, Josh was miraculously improving. Even the doctors are amazed. He won't be dismissed until his lungs are clear, his fever goes down and he can walk but he is sitting up, eating jello and talking on the phone. Please keep the prayers coming. Thank you.
