Matthew 9:36: "When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd."

When you are "distressed" and "dispirited" you become discouraged. Discouragement never comes from God!

Someone once said: "Discouragement is the anesthetic the devil gives you just before taking out your heart." Christians follow the Great Shepherd, they know better than to worry and become discouraged. Why then do they allow Satan to take their heart through discouragement?
