Receipts totaled 3734 head for the week. With a choice offering of calves on hand, demand was good and the market active after last week’s jump in prices. Stocker steers and heifers sold steady to $3 higher with some choice 5 and 6 weights selling $5 higher. Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. Packer cows and bulls sold $2 lower.

Steers: choice lightweight calves 148-181 choice medium weight calves 135-169, choice heavyweight calves 130-140.

Heifers: choice lightweight calves 130-167, choice medium weight calves 125-137, choice heavyweight calves 116-127.

Yearlings: choice lightweight steer yearlings 118-129, choice heavyweight steer yearlings 115-117, choice lightweight heifer yearlings 112-118, choice heavyweight heifer yearlings 100-108, #2 steer calves and yearlings 115-140, #2 heifer calves and yearlings 110-125, shorties and plainer calves and yearlings 80-90.
