The Scott and White Clinic, formally the Hoerster Clinic of San Saba, will be providing athletic physicals on Tuesday, July 12th between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 at the Scott and White Clinic. These physicals will be FREE and will be used for the 2011-2012 school year. In an effort to reach all of our student-athletes, these physicals are being offered on this day.

All student-athletes received all the necessary paperwork prior to the end of school. If anyone needs copies of the paper work it can be picked up at any time at the field house, High School or at the Administration Office. All student athletes and guardians must complete and SIGN all paper work BEFORE competing in U.I.L. athletic events.

All student-athletes entering 7

th, 9th, and 11th grade, or any student- athlete who suffered an injury that required a Doctors release to participate, must have a physical and all necessary paper work BEFORE competing in U.I.L. athletic events. Coaches will be on hand to collect all the paper work and answer any questions you might have. Please plan on taking advantage of this opportunity.
