Johnny Mercer wrote, "ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE: ELIMINATE THE NEGATIVE; LATCH ON TO THE AFFIRMATIVE; AND DON’T MESS AROUND WITH MISTER IN-BETWEEN."

Now there is an idea Christians should catch! We have so many positive things to accentuate. "If GOD is for us, who is against us?" (Romans 8:31).

Negativism, on the other hand, kills. It may be the Devil’s most powerful tool. As a matter of fact, coupled with doubt, it is Satan’s most powerful tool.

Samuel Johnson is credited with saying, "CLEAR YOUR MIND OF CAN’T." So, "ACCENTUATE the positive; ELIMINATE the negative!" You can control what the future will record about you.

As a Christian, I want to ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE, for in my hands alone is the control of what the future will record about me.

May God grant us the wisdom to see something good in even the most trying circumstances. See you in church.
