On June 8th, three men from San Saba County were indicted by a grand jury for multiple sexual related crimes against children in San Saba County. Brandon Michael Lovingood was indicted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child with a bond set at $500,000.00. Juan Antonio Saldivar was indicted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child with a bond set at $500,000.00. Billy Keith Mims was indicted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, two counts and for Indecency with a Child, two counts with a bond set at $500,000.00 on each count.

Sheriff Brown stated that all three are in custody. Sheriff Brown also stated that each individual charged by the Grand Jury is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
