Cham Fox has gone with his sister and dad to Cambodia for a visit. Cham and his sister were born in Cambodia and adopted when they were very little.

Delton McGuire has been hired as the new Executive Director of Cherokee Home for Children. Delton and wife Valerie have been a part of Cherokee Home for Children for around 7 years. Some know Valerie as Mother Goose! She entertains the children at libraries, and schools, and daycare as Mother Goose. The children really enjoy her visits.

Some of the children at Cherokee Home for Children are on visits to family or sponsors and some have gone to camps.

Brissa Baugh had surgery to remove her tonsils.

Jay Parr is back home from the hospital and doing well. Vicky said his breathing is a little labored but he feels good.

Esther and Dan Cox and Seth Hahn were in Abilene to celebrate Seth’s birthday and attend a wedding last week-end.

Delton and Valerie McGuire were in East Texas last week-end celebrating their granddaughter, Avonlea’s first birthday.

Doug and Cyndi Suggs spent Memorial Day week-end in San Antonio. Payton Suggs is now eleven!

Group from the Cherokee Baptist took food and other items to Alabama last weekend. Thanks to all that donated food items.
