Kirk Doss Jones, 49, of Big Spring, TX passed away on Monday, June 6, 2011. Kirk was born on September 22, 1960 in Key West, Florida to Edward and Annie Faye Jones. Kirk was a Laborer and was a member of Full Gospel Church.

Kirk is survived by his wife, Rose Zane Martin of Nebraska; mother, Annie Faye Galloway of San Saba; daughter, Jennifer Jones of San Saba; grandson, Leo Milton Amaro Jr. of San Saba; brothers, Eddie Jones Jr. of Cherokee; Karl Jones of San Saba; Burt Blackwood of Gatesville; Ben Blackwood of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; and Bryan Blackwood of Llano; sisters, Katey Dawson and husband Richard of San Saba; Karen Edmondson and husband Jimmy of Big Spring; Becky Bell of Llano; Barbara Ahrlett of Llano; and Billie Engleman of Llano; several nieces and nephews.

Kirk was preceded in death by his father, Edward Doss Jones Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Howell Doran Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Brand officiating. Interment at Chappel Cemetery. Memorials can be made to The Father’s House.
