Debby Throckmorton will be offering classes at the 4th Annual Performance Talent Boot Camp June 18th - 25th.

Debby is a singing, acting and songwriting coach from Nashville, TN. She is also a songwriter who writes for Daylight Moon Publishing. She is currently writing Aaron Kelly’s new album and Aaron released his first single, "I Can’t Wait for Christmas" written by James House, Aaron Kelly and Debby.

Her songs have been used in movies and recorded on albums. She produced a theatre/singing show and had Big and Rich and Bruce Channel "Hey Baby" as two of the featured singing acts. Lee Ann Womack hired her to be the acting coach on one of her videos and hired her to personally teach both of her daughters.

In addition to writing songs, she writes screenplays and is in negotiations to produce one of her screenplays.

Her students have worked on television shows such as American Idol, Hannah Montana, and CSI. Evan Shelton, was just in Tim Burton’s "Alice in Wonderland" and Katie Scherrer was just in the movie, "Hannah Montana". She works with Aaron Kelly who was on a season of American Idol and Jordyn Shellhart who has a record deal with Sony records.

Whether it’s singing or acting, Debby prides herself on her ability to quickly polish students into professionals.

Debby is the daughter of Sonny Throckmorton who is in the Song Writer’s Hall of Fame. He will be opening for Asleep at the Wheel here in October for our festival.
