Five Hours of Pesticide Applicator CEU’s set for May 3rd in San Saba

The Texas AgriLIFE Extension Service Offices of Burnet, Llano and San Saba Counties have announced a Pesticide Applicators CEU recertification opportunity for Tuesday May 3

Pre-registration is required for meal count purposes. The early registration fee (due by April 29

Program topics will include: Herbicide product updates from DuPont and Dow representatives, Brush Control with Fire Wise awareness by Jan Fulderson with the Texas Forest Service. Dr. Dale Rollins, Extension Wildlife Specialist with Texas AgriLIFE Extension Service, will present a program on Brush Sculpting for Wildlife in Uncertain Times. There will be presentations on Pesticide Applicator Laws and Regulations and Integrated Pest Management principles. The entire program will be directed with the current drought situation in mind.

The program will be held at the San Saba Civic Center located in Mill Pond Park on the East side of San Saba. Registration will begin at 8:00 AM with the program to start at 9:00 AM. th) is $30.00 payable to D-7 TCAAA. You can mail in your registration to Neal Alexander CEA-Ag, 500 E.
