The JV Lady Dillos finished their season last week. We played Dublin at home and traveled to Bangs last Friday.

The JV came up a little short 13 to 11 versus Dublin. Kayla Kutin, Mikayla Eden and Elizabeth Bryant each had a hit and worked multiple base on balls. Fayln Rainwater and Brianna Spence each went 1 for 2. Josie Dawson went 2 for 3. Joely Haverland also added a single. Josie Dawson and Brianna Spence both pitched and did well.

The JV tied Bangs 12-12 last Friday. It was a very offensive ballgame. Kayla Kutin went 1 for 1 with a walk and a hit by pitch. Elizabeth Bryant went 0 for 1 with 2 walks. Mikayla Eden went 0 for 1 with 2 walks. Falyn Rainwater and Brianna Spence each earned RBI’s by drawing a walk. Joely Haverland went 0 for 0 with 1 walk and 2 hit by pitches. Mari Zapata went 2 for 3 with 2 RBI’s. Ashley Pruitt worked two walks. Josie Dawson and Brianna Spence handled the pitching duties.

I would like to thank the JV for all of their hardwork this year. I believe that we got better as the season progressed and I believe that was shown on the field. Thank you to all the parents and members of the community for coming out and showing your support.
