The Masonic bodies of Order of Eastern Star (OES), San Saba Scottish Rite Club and Richland Springs Lodge No. 882 & San Saba Masonic Lodge No. 612, will hold their annual Fish Fry - Bake sale on Friday, April 8th. Each year at this time the Masonic community comes together to raise funds for the Lamar Medal Scholarship Fund & Seniors Banquet.

The 2011 Seniors Banquet will be held at the lodge hall in San Saba on Monday, May 2nd at 6:30PM, for the senior classes of Cherokee, Richland Springs & San Saba. All profits from the sale benefit the awards to a deserving college bound student of each school. Scholarship applications will be provided to each senior during the month of April.

The Fried Fish & Bake Sale will begin at 11:00AM on the courthouse square. All OES, Scottish Rite, and Lodge members are asked to assist in the sale, and be in place beginning between 9 to 10 AM. The public is invited to purchase a fish plate with Freedom Fries, tea or home baked pie, cake or dessert and at the same time help to support the youth of our county.
