Do Well, Be Well diabetes Classes continue through March

The Do Well, Be Well Diabetes Education classes continue each Tuesday, 5:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Rylander Library.

Speakers for March 22nd include Janie Potts of Brady Home Health discussing Managing Your Blood Glucose and Reeta Wilson, Certified Physical Trainer discussing Diabetes and Exercise.

The speaker for March 29th will be Wymon Kraft, San Saba EMS Coordinator. His session will be on Diabetes and Medicine.

Anyone who has diabetes and has a family member with diabetes is invited to the classes. A one time ten dollar registration fee is charged for the sessions. The classes are sponsored by the Texas AgriLife Extension-San Saba County. For more information about the classes, call Carolyn McDowell at 372-5416.
